Holgate Toys Recalls Playmat Sets Due to Choking Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Wegmans Food Stores

The Wegmans Playmat Set includes a 24-inch by 30-inch cotton canvas playmat and four toy wooden vehicles. The toy vehicles include a blue car, a red "Wegmans" delivery van, a green "Wegmans" farm tractor and a yellow "School Bus." The sets were sold in a yellow box measuring about 12-inches by 12-inches with "Wegmans Playmat Set," an age label circle with "2+" and "Made in the USA" printed on the front of the box.
