16.2 Storage and Handling Dispense in the original sealed carton with the enclosed Instructions for Use. Refrigerate unopened LYUMJEV vials, pens, and cartridges between 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) until time of use and keep in the original carton to protect from light. Do not freeze or use LYUMJEV if it has been frozen. Do not expose to direct heat. Discard opened or unopened LYUMJEV vials, pens, and cartridges stored at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) after 28 days. The storage conditions for vials, pens, and cartridges are summarized in Table 13 . Table 13.
